[:ca]El Col·lectiu Lawu (Montse Martí i Anna Rubio), va estar seleccionat per participar al projecte FesCamp! que va finalitzar amb una jornada festiva el dissabte 24 a Sant Cugat (barri de Mira-sol). Un projecte que vol conscienciar de la qüestió mediambiental a través de l’art.
Lawu va presentar La terra ens mou. Una intervenció que té la memòria rural com a temàtica principal i compte amb la col·laboració de l’Associació de Veïns de Mira-sol. La proposta artística vol transformar la percepció del lloc amb l’objectiu de valoritzar el passat rural del barri de Mira-sol, oferint una oportunitat de reflexió a tots els participants i espectadors. Com el treballar la terra, en el seu sentit més ampli, ens permet redescobrir el cicle i ritme de la natura i redescobrir-ho en nosaltres mateixos. Com treballar o moure la terra pot crear moviment dins nostre i com convertint-ho en un procés artístic ens pot ajudar a valorar el nostre passat rural i plantejar-nos el nostre present urbanitzat. La intervenció es situa al exterior del Centre Cultural Mira-sol, al terreny destinat al horts urbans.
El cercle llaurat evidenciant el nostre vincle amb la terra, l’Arbre de la Memòria amb les seves arrels, paraules i objectes que ens evoquen el passat rural; i el mural participatiu del futur que podem crear plegats, col·laborant i respectant la terra.
Agraïm molt sincerament la participació dels membres de l’Associació i dels músics que ens van acompanyar en directe, el Moisès, el Manel i el Xavi.

Lawu presented The Earth Moves Us, a piece involving the members of the Neighbourhood Association, with the principal theme being rural memory. The idea was to offer the participants and spectators an opportunity to see the Mirasol neighbourhood from the perspective of its rural past, and to consider how working the earth in accord with the cycles of nature was, in a sense, a reflection of how we, as humans, are also part of the natural cycle. The performances, which took place outside the Mirasol Cultural Centre, in an area designated for urban gardens, sought to show how working the soil allows us to connect with our rural past, from the reality of our urban present.
The ploughed circle represents our connection with the earth; the Tree of Memory with its roots is a reminder of the rural past; and the mural is something which we were able to create together, while being aware of and respecting the earth from which we all spring.
We sincerely thank the members of the Neighbourhood Association, and the musicians Moises, Manel and Xavi who accompanied our dance pieces.Let’s allow the earth to move us!
